"XXXIV" Details and First Poll! (Patreon)

Hey everyone!

The other day we announced an experimental Rule 34 art/animation series, and I have some more details on it.  I'm simply calling the series "XXXIV", and for now we will run it both here and on SubscribeStar alongside our usual content.  

To summarize the last post, If XXXIV becomes well liked enough to sustain this Patreon page and we acquire enough funding on SubscribeStar, then we will migrate Eromancer (Pure Onyx / MATM) over to SubscribeStar entirely so that they are not bound by Patreon's content restrictions.  

For XXXIV content, we will regularly ask for your vote on what characters you'd like to see in H content.  Inner Circle ($10 tier) members receive an extra vote by voting in the Discord poll.  The selected character will get a full custom sculpt by our team, as well as artwork and animated H scene(s).  We may poll on other things too, such as scenarios or H scene ideas.  We may also occasionally do content that the dev team selects.

The art used in the poll image does not represent how our rendering of the character will look.   Some are closer than others though >.>.  Feel free to ask about how we might render a character before you vote.

How the characters were chosen: 

  • Openness of the content owner is to rule 34 content (historically)       
  • Difficulty to sculpt/animate
  • Personal interest ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
  • Hardcore hentai and fighting game/beat 'em up characters received more priority

Tifa and anything Star Wars or Pokemon are usually too easy of a win because the fan-base are too huge. Like z_saber said, might as well not have made it into a poll. The other characters are more obscure with smaller fandoms. I would much rather have the same poll without Tifa and replaced with someone of the same-ish popularity. I also think, with this many choices, that our "interest" is spread out way thin. Multiple choice may work better I think... Let's say we wanted "kinky ninja tight-suit" to win we can vote for 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 or 9. If we put all of these together the %-age would compete with the higher choices. In the end I would much rather just see a character that the team choose, rather than making it a poll. There is so much Tifa-pronz... Let's get together everyone, who didnt vote for Tifa, to change our votes so that Malise wins the whole thing!

I just hope there will be some inter-fight activity, story levels. And some arouseness stats - hero-girl can cause distraction too. May be body modification? Horror shit? \\ As for pool - Malise will be fine, already this series girl.

i am not a fan of working on hentai characters, after all...there is hentai of them already... blaze, tifa, taki, kasumi are all great choices...I would add in the future chun-li and mai shiranui as they are iconic sex simbols in the gaming world. For now, my vote is tifa

True, but as less mainstream characters they don't get as much Rule 34 exposure, and I think many of our patrons would have intersecting interests in seeing them designed in our style :D. Agree that Chun-Li and Mai should make future lists :D

I was thinking this list got a little too bodysuit-y, and you're right. Varying them is a valid way to prevent similarly designed characters' votes getting distributed too much. I'll definitely consider this on the future polls ^-^. The selection for the poll is on me, but I did only take about 48 hours to think about it -- I'll consider the next ones more heavily :D.

Just fyi, I love the bodysuit-y chars you have included here. They simply don't stand a chance to Tifa individually.

Here's an update on rules for future polls: The top 3 runner-ups will show up again in the next poll. If they lose a second time then they'll be out of the running until they are recycled (same as non-placing characters). We're also reducing the number of characters from 12 to 10. I'm also adding another bullet to "How we choose the characters," which is basically more diversity in terms of outfit type / hair color/ skin tone / hair length / source material. This poll was too bodysuity >.>

Seems like the Amazon's getting the silent treatment as well I would love a series of her baking some cookies since they never cook desert in the Dragon's Crown title. ah and they can use that dress she wears in the magna.

I agree. If you're going for Tifa, just do Tifa. She's guaranteed to win anywhere she's polled having been done to death. Personally I got Streets of Rage 4 lately so I'm leaning towards Blaze as SOR naturally made me think of this games content. Frankly, I also think you should just plan to include "beat 'em up" girls (starting as Blaze) as a theme just as a head nod, rather than poll it in. It simply fits the theme of the game. If you play SOR4, you'll actually notice that Blaze is very similar to Tifa. It now makes sense that, if anything, being the "Fighter" class of FFVI, that Tifa's original design was partly inspired by the old-school arcade beat ups of the 90s.
