Here’s the WIP update preview for this year’s Halloween Special 😁

Gonna be trying my hardest with this one as I want it to be a pretty decent in season HMV. Trying to use new artist in this one, but doesn’t seem like many 3d artist have made Halloween themed animations this year 🤔

As a result I’ve decided to either use Halloween animations that I didn’t use last year (or don’t remember using), or characters that give off a goth/spooky vibe instead.

Getting back into Color Grading as well. I’ve noticed a lot of animators lately tend to use pretty saturated colors in their animations when I personally think the darker vibrant look is a little better 😅 (some comparison pics above)

I’m also testing out a new editing method where I skip to parts of the song where I know important clips need to be and editing there first.

Don’t know if this is an optimal editing method but so far It feels like it’s helping my workflow 🤔
