Discord Server Opened (Patreon)

The gates have been opened!

Here are some changes you can expect to see now that the Discord is live.

- The Song board will be moved to the Discord and will make room for polls to be pinned now.

- Champions now request HMVs through Discord private messages, (way faster than doing it through Patreon, since I get can get notifications on Discord) unless they don't have a Discord profile.

Other than those two changes, you can expect to see everything else remaining pretty much the same ^-^

Try and connect your Discord account to your Patreon, so you're automatically given a tier role with the server.
