Actual WIP Content! - 6/29/20 (Patreon)

I might say sometimes that I'm working on the game, but don't actually show any content. Today, that changes!

If you've played the game, you might very well have seen that music room I have on the menu. Hopefully the music was good enough that you gave it a whirl! And, if you did, you probably noticed something.

Being this type of thing right here! The way it's set up now, there's a random chance to get any of the main 5 boys in the music room, doing something. Paul plays a guitar, Jehu plays the piano, Jorge smashes those drums, Alan has fallen asleep, and Shen conducts. Each of these are set up as a loop, so they'll actually move! It's very cute, I think.

Now, I (not my artist) made these in January of this year. On about... February 19th or so, (have I mentioned this already?) I picked up a drawing tablet of my own and decided to try and learn how to draw for myself. It's been pretty fun! It's honestly felt really nice to be able to create my own art, especially my own concept art for this game. 

(Now that I think about it, I think I might have mentioned this before back in a post about comics or something to that effect)

In any case, I decided that I'd do something fun for the next update to the game. I'm currently in the process of re-doing those animated doodles in the music room! For my super-special patrons, take an early peek~

They're not finished by any means, but I feel like they're a whole lot better than the current iterations. I mean, look at Alan! He has ears now, and his leg isn't broken! Crazy, right? No idea what was going on with Jehu's colors there either... and, even with the new ones, I'm still missing lines on Shen's tail, proper coloring near Paul's eyes and at the end of Jehu's tail, plus something from Alan and Jorge. So they're all still a work in progress that I'm doing in between working on days for the game proper.
