November has begun.. Time really flies O_o

As comments were restricted on Patreon, a problem arose where comments could not be written for a certain period of time if 25 to 30 comments were written in a short period of time.

So I decided to use the method of checking the list with the list and time spaced out together!

If there are no major problems with this method, I think I will use this method in the future = v=b
