Oh, and in this roulette, there were a few people who applied for someone else's OC, not their or my OCs.

I didn't write it down in the rules on the roulette, but I'd like you to apply for your own OC. This is because there must be permission from the owner of the OC, and there may be something prohibited from drawing.

Nevertheless, if you want to apply for someone else's attractive OC, please make sure that you have their permission. (DM, Posting about using OC, or a capture image.. etc)
