Mistake about chara poll apply T -T sorry.. (Patreon)

The access setting for the chara poll apply post was incorrect..

Chara poll and roulette are Super watcher(10$)'s benefit, but I incorrectly set the access setting of the Chara Poll in October to Patrons only...
( I checked because there were more applications than usual.. )

I'll delete the comment from the $5 tier after 24 hours..
