I loved Mike Francesa I grew up in NY and listened to him every day after school with Dog until I went to college and I still followed his show during Basebal season till he retired. He’s definitely not for everyone and I’ll admit I have nostalgia colored glasses but i appreciate how much he set the standard for good radio. Never over produced or scripted no “Hot Take” garbage and a lot of the important NY sports figures from 90s had regular spots. He recently had a reunion with Dog on first take and it just made me realize how special those 14 years were and how it will never be duplicated
