Since it's been a while since Cottage Living has been released, these will be released to the public immediately.

Currently, Cottage Living packages have been uploaded to the download page.

The patches file got way larger in this patch, from 150 MB to 1.69 GB due to all the new hair swatches.

Please let me know if the new patches file is too large, I have an idea of editing the Resource.cfg file, but it'll require additional setup and space for people to use the mod.
