Hi, I'll request this again! As you haven't reacted to vlives that much, could you perhaps react to the vlive the boys did recently (as OT7)? The subs are already out and the whole 41 mins long vlive is hilarious. Here's the link: vlive.tv/post/1-21427550. They were so funny during this live stream. :) Thanks in advance!

Plus Jimin looked so pretty with his hairstyle and red sweater - kinda reminded me of the 2016 Jimin. :)

This is getting to the true climax the Free Concert! That made all of this worthwhile. Thanks DT!!

Iris stevenson is amazing. i need them to do a ahl reunion. I really do believe she is a huge reason why Tae singing style is the way it is today

Warren G picking jhope and Jin wasn’t a surprise, but Jimin did well too, he didn’t seem shy on the music video and looked rather confident. That beatbox teacher was so cool and kind. Every episode i get reminded of how great jhope and Jin work together, they put so much effort, they follow every tip and instruction and they are so humble and positive. They were shining during all the challenges! RM and Jimin are a great duo too, they compliment each other very well and are funny together. And RM wasn’t very much behind on the bboying considering the short time to learn Yoongi paired with the 2 youngest is also a great idea. They bring out a more playful side of Yoongi and he brings out a more serious and music-orientaded side of them. .Yoongi has a soft spot for these 2 and acts very protective of them up until today. And although he is not a singer you can see he was genuinely happy being around Iris. This whole show to me was worthy because of teacher Iris. She was so kind, warm and encouraging. I think she reminded the boys of a mother figure. And back then V wasn’t very secure about his voice, she was a tremendous help to make him realize how soulful and special his voice is.

DT I agree with everything you said with training/reality show having an impact. And this is why Hitman Bang sent them to Cali is to learn about R&B , Hip Hop and all the rest. I do think that this helped shape their career and still does to this day. Of course BTS was into hip hop prior to this show. However I think it gave them the confidence to apply what they learned.

Yes Juli, I agree with you. DT, I am glad you watched it also. Some people did not like the first part and judged the whole episode which I think was unfair. Even the first part was a set up; however, I enjoyed all of AHL. Yes, DT some of what they learned as young BTS, we see them using those lessons in the BTS we know today. Love it. 🥰

What’s funny is that at this time they didnt know Whoopi Goldberg but jump ahead a few years, they all met her( minus Jimin because he had muscle stiffness and was resting) on the Graham Norton show. She loved them after hearing their message and their positivity that she quite literally took off her shirt that she designed herself and handed it to Jungkook. He was seen shortly after wearing it and rocking it!

the invitation cards that they given to their tutor is actually for the mini concert at Episode 8 . so you can see all the lessons that they've learned from episode 1 to 7 on Episode 8 later. can't wait to watch it with you! btw next episode is the best episode and a bit cringe i guess😂

It is true that Beatboxing is not very popular but it remains one of the disciplines that define Hip-Hop as well as Rap, DJing, Breakdanse and Graffiti. We tend to refer only to rap but Hip-Hop is a culture defined by 5 disciplines. When Hobi does his famous painting in "BTS in the soop", customizes his shoes or for example the concept of his room in the concept photos of "BE"; all this is Hip-Hop. All these disciplines are modes of expression inspired by urban life and do not require a lot of means... All this was born from the oppressed people's desire to be anti-conformist and to be heard. In this AHL show, I understand the intention of the mentors to bring the experience of all these disciplines to BTS in order to immerse themselves in the spirit of Hip-Hop, even the difficult moments are part of it. Keeping your composure makes you express this frustration and anger by other means than violence, by externalizing it in different ways and in different places (streets, parks, rooftops...).

Iris is such a joy...she uplifts the people around her. I think she may have had a very big impact on JK's growth.
