They do some episodes in hotel rooms because they are a lot on the road on tour and the easiest way is with board games. They are not my favorite but still is fun. Honestly even like that I don’t know how they manage the time to do so much.

When I first saw this episode I was rolling on the ground from laughing so much XD. Poor Tae was trying so hard to understand the rules for Uno and yet had such a hard time with it. Not to mention how excited the boys get at every achievement they make while playing each game. ^_^

Hey Mr.DT, just to make things easier for you😂 some episodes of run bts are way better than others , i mean today they just released episode 99 and we watched it and it was a very different concept than before. What i mean is that , really some episodes are way more interesting than others and trust me you will see amazing ideas pop up the more you watch. As an example episode 24 is one of the most famous episodes and funniest tbh(its hilarious and the idea is just amazing) , its definitely my favorite episode. Also keep in mind some games you wont understand in the next episodes because they are related to the korean culture , so dont worry about it and just enjoy the boys messing around😂💜 also sometimes when they have a tight schedule or are on tour and they need to film an episode, they usually do it in hotel rooms and you will see more board games in future episodes because the boys actually reallly enjoy and play it even in bon voyage and many other videos😂💜 so dont assume they ran out of ideas , its just how it is and the more you watch the more you will face amazing, iconic, meme filled episodes💜 trust me 👍enjoy❤️

theres also another series from when they first like debuted so they are really young where they play games and have to do a lot of punishments where they inflict a bit of pain on each other, eat gross things, etc called rookie kings, you may want to chk out on your own time. just search bts rookie king on youtube. you get to see a few of them have to dress up as girls too lol

Well I mean they were in the middle of a tour ...I think this was ok that way they don’t exhaust themselves with other games that require too much energy

I watched the new episode of RUN this morning(episode 99) by myself and now I got to watch another episode that i got to enjoy with someone else... It is so much better watching it with someone else instead of doing it alone

I dunno about you and your friends but when my friends and I get together, "Uno" is a bloodsport hahaha. "Sorry" almost broke up friendships and "Monopoly" started a war hahahaha. All in good fun though.

Well, they still managed to film run bts although they were on tour. They were also filming burn the stage at the same time. It always amazed me how they had time to do all of these for fans :)

Hey DT, give them a break. They were on tour and still managed to shoot run bts for the Army so that they don't miss a single weekly episodes albeit their busy schedules. When the episodes get interesting, it can be really really interesting and mindblowing. Actually in korea they have a lot of games n variety shows. One of the most popular and craziest game show globally is Running Man. You should react to BTS on running man. Really hilarious!!

Regardless of whether they're climbing mountains, singing karaoke or playing board games the boys always give each activity their all because they know ARMYs will be watching their shows. The fact that they kept filming their Run BTS! episodes in between concert performances doesn't go unnoticed either 🥰. As time goes on, we'll see many more hotel episodes with them just playing games, but seeing them laughing & having fun is the best really!!! BTS & UNO are inseparable lol. Things to look forward to.. what episode does Taehyung finally get the rules for UNO? When does Jimin's losing streak end? Who has the record for the most penalties? Who holds the record for the most wins?

sometimes some games are less exciting than others. that is true. but trust me there so many amazing episodes that you can look forward to. i can not wait <3

It is also about them enjoying the simple things in life as well. You also have to remember they were also touring or promoting while making some episodes so it restricts them to a hotel room. Just watching them have fun is the best.....

The reason why we watch the episodes is for them and to see them having fun so I guess you’re missing the point why we do watch it let it be a board game or any other game at a hotel. And you will see in the upcoming episodes how wild the run producers are with their concepts.

Everyone pretty much gave you a stern talking-to about your "ran out of ideas" comment so I won't say anything about that lol. But for me, personally, I find these episodes really fun. The guys get so competitive and this episode especially, it was just really hilarious for me seeing Tae struggle with Uno. And just seeing how excited they get when one of them starts winning is just such a treat. You really get to see their bubbly sides during these episodes. Either way, I loved your reaction and contrary to what someone else suggested, I hope you don't skip the board game episodes in the future. Ultimately up to you, but that's my hope :)

the board game episodes are definitely not my favorites, i dont rewatch them and they can be dull compared to the other episodes. I like the one they do later, i think it's like episode 27? but that's the only one i enjoy. They keep run BTS on a weekly schedule, and since they tour and stuff, it's hard to make enough episodes to keep us entertained, so they made a boardgame, which is actually cool and creative and smart so we have something to watch while they're on tour or on a break, and since they are in hotels during tour, there's not much they can do so board games was a good way to make time go by. This is actually one of my least favorite episodes, but a lot of people enjoy it. I see why you don't, and i don't much either. It's really not that deep, idk why people are on you about not liking the episode lol. You're not aware of all things surrounding the boys and why things are certain ways, etc. It's a learning experience and you don't need to like everything they do or enjoy every episode, i think everyone has an episode they dont care much for. Mine is cooking and board games lol.

I don’t like the board games episodes either. I like the episodes where they’re doing challenges or traveling because it gives me that Bon Voyage feeling.

It's about watching them have fun and if you dont understand that then idk what's wrong with you you are clearly missing something. Might have to rethink donating to you tbh. Dont understand how you couldn't love watching them do anything, even if it's just a board game.

I personally love every run bts episode because I just love watching the boys do whatever and have fun lol.. Of course there will be episodes that people think are the best/funniest and episodes that they think are not that interesting but that is also depends on each person and what they like to watch/find interesting like some ppl like XY episode and it is a popular one but there might be others who prefer other episodes. This is why I think skipping episodes is not a good idea cuz what ppl might be not recommending for you could be something that you personally could have found a good episode.. also please note that the boys record these run episodes sometimes during tours and of course no one wants to tire them out so much but since they still want to give ARMYs new content they still record these so it is not about the producers running out of ideas but them letting the boys do something more relaxing..anyway!! Sorry for the long reply.

Where did he say that he didn't enjoy watching them? He might not have liked this episode compared to the others but it's clear he found them endearing going overboard while playing simple card games. You have to admit that a lot of army wouldn't rewatch this episode either when they're others that are more fun. Give him a break.

Hey DT, looks like you want to know other groups beside bts. No disrespect toward superM, but they are not kind of group you watch after you already know bts. Bts set the bar to high right?. I want to recommend this group that peek my interest just like bts. They are super rookie (beginner). Boyband "Ateez" and for the girlband "(G)I-DLE". I become (g)i-idle fans recently after they drop the new song the title is "oh my god". And for Ateez, all their song is good, but maybe you can start with "Pirate King" or "Wonderland". For SuperM itself, i don't like that group but each member have their original group, and they better and more talented in their original group. Hope you react to Ateez and (g)i-dle

I think they were on tour in Chicago. That is why their team names were 'Chica' and 'Go'.

Hey DT, do you know there’s a BTS version of UNO? There’s an extra card on the BTS version which is the dancing wild card which in order to avoid taking extra cards as penalty you have to dance to one of their choreographies. Definitely fun to play with fellow army. The boys played with it too during the latest BON Voyage so you’ll get to see that soon.. the boys have had board games episodes many times for RUN. To me, it’s a chance to bond and have fun without having to tire themselves especially while on tour where all they know are practices, rehearsals and performances.. I’d understand it if i was in their shoes, even sitting down with my friends playing board games is a stress-free, relaxing environment and good to wind down a little.. so perhaps look at it positively, that the boys needed their downtime while in the midst of busy at work. This is definitely a great outlet.

idk why the “ran out of ideas” was a comment, they’re gonna give the boys a break as they’re not machines and get tired, and sometimes the boys want to do something different. don’t skip episodes though, there’s inside jokes and you never know which ep you might like because we’re all different.

Many of the indoor episodes occur because the weather is bad in the city where they are touring. And as they became more popular, they had to literally rent a venue for filming an episode because being in public was a mess. Some of the best ones are in the future, so don’t lose hope!

Actually I love all the eps of RUN BTS. For some of the episode, I think it kinda mental therapy for the boys to release stress and recharge due to exhausted schedule outside Korea. I love BitHit PDs taking good care of the boys and you can see the boys were in good mood :)

I think you should check out the latest RUN BTS, which is ep.99. Then you can keep reacting to the old episodes while waiting for them release the next one ^^

It's funny because the whole point of RUN BTS was to give the boys a chance to relax and enjoy games/laugh/and have fun. They're always on the road, working in the studio, etc... The show gives them a chance to kinda have fun and relive their childhood. :)

Actually BTS Run is not like a competitive Game show. They incorporate games because Army wants to see them in different situations in daily life and its fun for them. This episode was probably filmed in the hotel room when they were on tour in US, I think Chicago. So, its just there for them to have fun and for us to watch them doing various activities cuz we enjoy to see the not on-stage side of BTS.

haha i don’t think the producers ran out of ideas. It’s just that the boys are on tour so they have limited time to shoot. That’s why these days whenever the boys are not on tour, Run BTS producers shoot multiple episodes in one go so in case the boys are on tour they can still release a good episode. 😉

If Jimin wasn't so nice to let Suga draw another card, then Suga would have got the punishment. But Jimin doesn't really seem to care. He doesn't take these games so serious, he just loves/enjoys to play them with his members. And I love him for that.
