I believe GDA is actually held in Seoul, South Korea. I think this was done on January 5, 2020.

The golden disk award (GDA) usually takes places in South Korea in Jan or Feb. There are two days of GDA, day one for digital awards and day two for physical awards. Also, there are plenty of award shows in SK, the most well-known ones are MAMA, MMA, GDA, Seoul music awards (SMA) and Gaon chart music awards. BTS only attend MAMA, MMA and sometimes some other new award shows in recent years.

Actually when they sing so many songs they record some of it the day before. For this one they prerecorded the first three songs. They still performed parts of those songs for the audience who were there but what you watched is what was shown on the screens there/on tv. I don't know the actual reason behind that, but my guess is that it's very difficult to change in such short period of time and also to change all the sets.

GDA is usually in S Korea, but it has been held in Japan in the past and I think in other countries too. I think Malaysia once, but I'm not sure, but mostly, it's in S Korea. It's a two-day awards show. This year was the 34th year and held in early January.

If you look at fancams for all the awards the audience is always so loud they overpower the artists (especially BTS's) voices. So the video/sound editors try to mute or turn down the audience voices (but usually as a result, BTS's live singing also gets turned down too much and you hear too much of the backing track). I think its the unfortunate point of kpop shows.

RM is like 511 & 3/4 or something like that so basically six feet lol Tae is 5’10 I believe, JK 5’10, Jin 5’10 & 1/2, J-Hope I’m not sure but he’s listed as 5’10 though he seems a little bit shorter than JK and Tae, and Suga and Jimin are both listed as 5’9. Hope this helps! I could be a 1/2 or so off though 😅

It is by getting to know BTS more and more that we realize we looked before this group (or not) unconsciously with a lot of prejudice by saying that excellence could only be the fruit of the western artists.. My god what a mistake. If I have correct information, the panther head was borrowed from the set of the "Black panther" movie and they made it travel from the United States to South Korea. If not I renew my request, I would really like that you watch this live of 2015 during their concert at the Red Bullet, you will see that even when they had no budget for special effects, the performances were still phenomenal and the tracks were pure R'n'B and HipHop wonders .. Can you please react to a fancam of V from the Dionysus Golden disk awards? I really want you to see just HOW much stage presence he actually has. Him being put in the back a lot I feel like you don't really see his stage geniusness as much as you would with the other guys. And during Suga's rap part from that song you can hear "hey" "hey" "oh no" "oh no" in the background and that's actually him yelling his lungs out from the side stage ♥

Oh I was really hoping for you to check this out, yeah it's good even if the camera work is not that great. (als yes Tae was on the floor because he was serenading to/with Jimin - they all do that sometimes tho, just blob onto the floor) -And as you liked this so much, i'll rec again 2019 KBS song Festival performance, they had so much fun in it, you'll definitely enjoy it! (Can't find compilation video with all the 5 songs they performed, but on YT you can watch the videos in the order they performed them: Go Go, Home, Boy with Love, Mikrokosmos and Dionysus) -Also if you haven't watched their Christmas Carol Medley 2019 (SBS Gayo Daejeon music festival) you really should even if it's not christmas anymore, they did all kinds of different christmas songs being lovely and silly and it was such a fun performance :D) Also yes they use some biblical symbolism, but the moment you paused to talk about it was about greek mythology and symbolism that related to it, not biblical ;D (though sometimes they can have similarities etc...)

The reason they show the video and theme in the middle of the stage is for the purpose of delivering their messages, but for the time to change costumes for the long-running performance. And RM's height is 181 cm (6 ft?).
