Hello. My name is Daryl. I have a Zelda addiction. 

To say that Tears of The Kingdom has blown me away would be an understatement. This game just... keeps going. There is SO much...  just... everything. I can't even fully begin to articulate what it's doing for me and I haven't even got to any of the major dungeons yet. 

I don't want to spoil anything because it hasn't even been a week, but hot damn. This and a few other games I've played since the last upload have suddenly made games fun for me again. Not that they weren't fun before I suppose, but between Persona 4 and re-igniting my passion for trading card games, I've just been a bit preoccupied and forgot they could be this damn fun.

I beat OneShot, which was a blast. It's been out for a few years now, but I still won't spoil what happens. If you want something short and extremely unique/emotionally charged, go give it a go. 

Citizen Sleeper was next. Let me tell you something, spectacular game. Five stars. I truly did not think a game that was so heavily based in reading that wasn't a visual novel could captivate me like it did.... wait was it a visual novel? There were no anime girls or absurd plot twists, so... like was it? There were dice and decisions and... I've never played DnD before but it felt like what I imagine DnD plays like. Lots of RNG and excellent writing. No really, the writing in this was tremendous. I still think about some of the dialogue and the questions it made me ponder over. Give it a go. This gives me hope for Disco Elysium because I was not looking forward to that and this plays similar to it, I think. 

I finally broke up with Honkai Star Rail. Keep your Seela, I'll spend my money and time elsewhere. March 7th, here's to looking at you kid. We'll always have Paris. 

And FINALLY, Totk arrived. That first night was so magical. I broke my computer chair. Broke it. This had nothing to do with Zelda, it's just a cheap chair, but BOY did I still sit in that damn thing for hours to keep on playing lmao. 

Guys I've been wracking my brain. I don't have any burning topics for this next video. I'd be delighted to hear if there is anything you want me to make a video on below but I just don't see how the next video isn't about TOTK. I might do a video akin to the Deepnest one where I just really break down one dungeon or area or something. That sounds fun. And Lord knows I have the footage haha. Recordings for this game are filling my computer's memory so fast it's making my head spin. No regrets though.
