I really liked the trailer! The origami idea is so clever and works perfectly with Paper Mario! The lore also seems interesting even though Mario games usually don't have that complex of a lore. The battle system also looks pretty cool I just hope that they don't make it too similar to the two most recent Paper Mario games, I also think that UI should be improved a bit. But other than that I'M SO HYPED FOR THIS!

Also when Mario jumps on the koombas I'm pretty sure the Japanese purple text means ''Excellent'' so I think you indeed do have to time it which is great!

Yes!!! That battle system has me very interested at all of the possibilities. I hope they’re able to use it to it’s potential if it’s actually how we think it is. I don’t mind them innovating, but with you. I just hope they take what was great about the first two and bring that to the table here too
