This episode is a bit of a mixed bag for me. While Mabel's A-story has some really funny moments and is great satire on the boy band industry, Dipper just frustrates me. He never did anything to actually help Wendy, it was all just so he could be with her. I think it's great that the show didn't hold punches and Wendy was reasonably upset with both of them, because both Dipper and Robbie were in the wrong. But yeah the Sev'ral Tymes stuff was really really funny. "I heard about these things called trees. I dunno what it is, but I wanna kiss one." "Darn beautiful men, always digging out of my trash." Fun facts for this episode: The cast of ST is voiced by Lance Bass of N*Sync, for whom Alex Hirsch's (creator) sister was a large fan. In fact, the cipher at the end even spells out "HAPPY NOW, ARIEL?"

I think the way Dipper acted with Wendy just reminds the audience that he IS still just a kid so I don’t mind it
