Yeeeeesss more stop motion movies! Laika is SO good! It's a shame that none of their movies have ever done exceptionally well at the box office. Their first three films (Coraline, ParaNorman, Kubo) are early pixar-level quality storytelling, and the animation is just incredible to witness. It's almost magic. Thankfully, the studio is owned by Nike Co-Founder Phil Knight and his son Travis Knight, so it's not like they don't have money to keep throwing at these projects, and, as far as I can see so far, keep making movies for the sheer joy of storytelling. Obviously it's great if it makes money back, because it means more people saw it, and sharing stories is such a innate human need. But doing it for the joy and wonder of the craft is equally, if not more important. There are too many low-budget animation studios out to make a quick buck with a cheaply made, poorly written kids film that hits trending tags. And now, since Disney owns Pixar and then bought BlueSky/Fox, the only big budget animation studios left are Disney, Dreamworks, and Laika. Really hope you do ParaNorman eventually - Kubo is amazing, and I think you'll like that one, too.

This was a great movie I really hope with Halloween coming up its the perfect time to watch Paranorman. Also eventually you need to watch Box Trolls as well.
