New tier class (Patreon)

As you may have noticed, i introduced a new Tier class with new features. But dont worry, it doesnt really change much for you, except the Tier 2 patrons now officially receiving all animations at least a week earlier than everyone else.  Tier 3 Patrons have 2 weeks of early acces and will be able to see all future animations in 720p, 1080p and (new)4K. I will add more features to that class from time to time.
