Polls (Patreon)

A new Reward option i want to enable are "Polls". I would like to work closer with you, and give you more influence to my projects and many other things. 

When do i enable Polls? - I enable Polls if we reach at least the 30 Patrons mark.

Can anyone participate? - Every Patron from any Tier class can  participate.

 Are there any fixed deadlines for the Polls? - I would run the polls for several weeks. Depending on the nature of the survey.

When do Polls happen? -  I would like to submit at least one Poll per month. The times are chosen randomly.
