So, even though Thirdspace is set midway in Season Four between the end of the Shadow War and the climax of the Earth Civil War, I feel like you have to watch it when it aired, between season four and season five. I would also say that’s when you should watch the prequel movie, but Thirdspace especially feels like part of the Season Five production… in all the bad ways as well as the good, and I feel like Vera especially would have more to say about how it fits in (or fails to fit in) having watched the show as originally conceived.

I'd say watch Thirdspace in airing order.

Sara Ezzat

I agree airing order.

I'm with Vera is the season 3 being my least favorite opening. I think Third Space can be watched at anypoint after the introduction of Ulkesh AKA Kosh 2.0 in season 3 as you would have the lore basis about the Vorlons established as well as no real spoilers about other material I cordially dislike the film as I don't think it narratively works well with the rest of the series & the concept of the aliens don't really work well for me--they're an inferior attempt at a Lovecraftian Shadow style species and are super underwhelming. Also, while I loved your & Vera's complaints about Sheridan & Ivanova both going to the Whitestar neither of you mentioned my complaint--why on Earth are they needed at all? The Rangers already have the Whitestar so why not just go get it directly rather than the interval of B5? Characterwise & plot development it ultimately works ok for me it is a bit contrived. So loved Vera's interesting points about Londo's character.

Oh also I NEVER realized the contrast with the Blackstar until you all pointed it out! That was cool to finally have pointed out!!

On the topic of pronouns, I wonder if you and Vera are aware of pronoun order, as in the order in which someone says their pronouns are in order of which pronouns is more appreciated over others. Say like someone saying the pronouns they go by are they/she, stating that they go by they and she pronouns, but they appreciate going by they/them over she/her (I really wish I had better words that I could describe that with). Also it was awesome realizing that Jesse used all of Bella Ramsey's pronouns, when talking about them.
