So President Santiago’s image was not stock, it’s actually Douglas Netter the executive producer of the show. The writers actually wanted him to put in a brief appearance on the show but he was too squeamish to do so. (I learned the above from the season guide about Babylon 5.)

Also, to the best of my knowledge HBO has the season two episodes in the order they were aired saved for HBO having “Soul Mates” after “A Race Through Dark Places” which is actually how they were supposed to be aired in terms of story, but in terms of broadcast airing it was the reverse. So HBO actually made the right call here.

Also, I continue to love hearing you and Vera talk about B5. Vera really has made me think about Franklin in a whole new way and see merits and demerits I did not previously.
