A Disney series I actually want to see (she has been around for 40 years): They really need to avoid "girl's do it better" and just concentrate on the story. I'm already seeing the fandom menace comment that this is a "woke" series. The look for the future should be with inclusion of DD and Jessica Jones (plus occasional 4th wall comments)- those are canon. Can you imagine chirpy She-Hulk and dour JJ in the same scene ;-)

Great review. But this is a piece of entertainment not a history lesson and it should be judged on that level. Also people who are going to hate this show will hate it no matter how well it's made. It's like when people complain about having gay, black or women characters in leading roles in TV shows. They don't really care if these characters are done really well or horrible they simply don't want to have them in any show, at all. Great review. Long time comic fan and so far I think Disney has been doing a pretty good job with this shows. They're not all winners but they are all watchable. These Shows are like comics you can have more than just one. Btw Hawkeye was pretty cool.

I'm gonna give this one a couple more because this episode seemed like mostly housekeeping, but to be a half hour comedy and so very much charisma on the screen, this didn't feel like it was bringing much more funny than an average Marvel product. I can see what they are going for here, and I like it. It just definitely needs a lot more funny lines and maybe not lean so hard into sight gags.
