That was an adorable strip club story, and yes, that would probably be me too (though it might have been X-Men rather than Star Trek, depending). <3 I'm not willing to go as far as to say the lurker situation was on purpose, but I'm betting no one with authority is willing to rectify the situation for a reason that's gonna come up soon - not only would running a shuttle from B5 to Earth for those stranded be too expensive, and the lurkers are an easily exploitable workforce on a station that just had a major union win. PS: The machine does pop up again. Remember what happened to Marcus?

I loved the Lennier and Londo subplot with Londo trying to corrupt Lennier. It was great seeing June Lockhart from Lost In Space in this episode as Laura Rosen. Regarding Muller it was like the writers wanted them to escape in other shows when they're moving dangerous prisoners they normally have them in restraints.

The machine actually pops up two times, once early 2nd season, and then again in 4th.
