One thing about Critical Role, and their Vox Machina campaign - the early episodes were rough. Sound issues, and one of the players was problematic. He was let go early on (episode 20-something). It's worth a watch, because it does set up some things that come up later, but know it can be tough for some people to get through. The events of the first 2 episodes of TLoVM occurred before they started streaming, so you won't see them in the show, they'll just reference them. And if you end up enjoying the livestream format, I would also recommend Shield of Tomorrow, Clear Skies, and Blood of the Void. I know you've worked with Aliza Pearl, so you may have heard of those already, since she was on SoT and BotV. For those who don't know, those were Star Trek themed RPGs with some friends and former coworkers of the CR cast when they worked at Geek & Sundry. There's also Eric's TBDRPG with much of the same cast. That was a Doctor Who livestream. It can be tough to find on YouTube, but it's worth it.
