"For most my early years, boys and girls weren't really different." That's an important point. For many trans kids, they know right away and YOUNG that they're different. For others, it doesn't really hit home until puberty.

The topic is extremely important, especially in times where basic health care for trans children is being actively fought against. But for maybe apparent reasons I'll sit this one out I guess.

There's very few people in the world that I genuinely admire but the more you reveal about yourself, Jessie, the more admirable you become. You truly are a role model, not just for trans people but for anyone who values resilience, courage and humour in the face of self-doubt and self-loathing, and empathy in spite of bigotry. Brava!
