What up, mini family?!

This has been a very busy past week. Let's dive right in. My wife and I started to package up the vampires in anticipation of selling them this coming Black Friday. Want them all to be ready to go so we can just drop them off as soon as they're purchased so they get into people's hands immediately! If you're looking to get your hands on one, the store will go live at 5AM when the video comes out on Friday (sorry to you west coast people). Here's over 80, Quite a bit more to go!

I've cranked out a lot of videos in the recent past. One about giving feedback to a lot of my viewers on youtube, the beginner airbrush one, and one about how to make your own miniature with zero artistic skills. Those will all be coming out between now and Black Friday. In the meantime, I've been tearing apart my basement studio and setting up my new editing station upstairs.

You can see now that the desk is off of the wall. I will sit in between the desk and the wall, and the camera will now be on the other side of the desk. I will use the whole wall for various miniature tool storage and fun set dressing. That will hopefully get done between today and tomorrow.

I built a new editing rig as well (with threadripper, a GTX 1070, and 32GB of DDR4) I had a problem getting the PC to turn on but I got it sorted out.

Lots of tedious cable management to make sure everything is nice and straight. Even did a little in the back of the case too! As I get older I find that I like to spend my time on the details because if I don't do it now, it'll never get it done. I find that my "temporary" solutions often stick around a little too long! Here's a WIP on the desk situation:

That's all for now. If I don't post next week, I'm probably hard at work editing the digital course that'll be available for sale where I cover painting The Duchess is rigorous detail.

PAINT MORE MINIS!
