Not a whole lot of painting got done this past week, but a whole lot of other stuff so let's get started!

First and foremost, the 75mm vampire miniature we've called "The Duchess" has finished production and the first wave of 210 minis are on there way to me! Now it's in my hands to finish up the educational series on it and then we can start selling it just barely in time for Christmas season. The intention was to finish this a long time ago but stuff happens!

As I said in the previous post, I got a resin 3D printer from Anycubic and I had to finish the video for it by this past Monday and I'm happy to report that I did but holy heck was it a lot of work. I'm really happy with the outcome of the video. It reminds me of the coffee table build video with less suffering. Here are some of my prints!

After, that I had a buddy over and we worked on a short story video that takes a much different tone that the videos on my channel. There's no comedy in this, it's more of a drama, still miniature painting related. I hope you guys like it. Here are a few production shots:

Had to shoot a night interior during the day so we had to cover up the windows. That little red bucket came in clutch!

Cramming a lot of stuff in this bathroom!

Here's my camera guy, Alex, setting up the next shot!

Maybe you can glean some info about the skit from this shot. The light comin' from the front is supposed to be glow from a TV. We had a it on a dimmer to imitate flicker. TV's are never bright enough so we had to give this some extra punch.

And some shots from the camera

I'm excited for it. This one took a little bit more effort than the other skits, closer to the Halloween one last year, if you remember that.

That's all for now, PAINT MORE MINIS!

The dwarf came out great! Looking forward to your future printing shenanigans. No idea what to expect from your skit though!

I love that you've made the plunge into 3D printing, it really does unlock so many possibilities for this hobby. Lookin forward to the content as always, my dude.
