Weekly Blog Post 2/26/13 Revamping the Early Game (Patreon)

Hey there, ho there, howdy there!

Welcome back to yet another week of news regarding the next update for King's Fall! February is nearly over and we're already making great progress in the big March update for King's Fall!

Last week, we spoke on getting Jane's Lovers and Corruption Routes up and going and her Lovers Route is nearly done (Corruption Route will take a bit of time to catch up) but there are other things we're doing with this update outside of Jane The Bunny girl.

Feedback has always been important to us and we tend to hear how unprepared most players feel when they arrive to Henesys. Whether it's the lack of exp, weapons and other items, or just feeling out of the loop on progress, we at BGE have decided to remedy this permanately.

Coming with the next major update, we're opening up a brand new Island very early on to the game. The Island of Rien

The Island of Rien has about 9+ Monster Areas, 1 new town FILLED with NPC's, and we're adding 6 new Monster Mobs to the game.

Rien has the same level cap as Maple Island so having players go from Maple Island to Rien will flow perfectly and allow a new player to fully stretch their legs and learn more about the game.

Upon arriving you will be greeted with 13+ new NPC's all of which are ready to tell you stories, give you missions for EXP and Rewards, or just give you stuff to Buy and Sell. By doing this, we hope that if you are reaching a bad spot in Henesys, you can then arrive in Rien and power up as much as possible before heading back.

On top of this, Mushroomtown has a new Mission with killing frogs soon after getting your sword and clothing. This will hopefully teach new players the ropes and get a bit more recovery items and exp before heading into the forests. 

But before I close down this Blog Post, we have a bit of a surprise for new and old players when venturing into Rien. There are a set of characters waiting for you that if you are an anime fan... They will be very welcomed in the Hero's Harem. 

And we'll leave that teaser to cook for a week or two! Old and new players are going to feel VERY welcome in Rien as we made it possible for both sets of players to enjoy. Expect many surprises alongside even more Lovers & Corruption Routes, Sex Scenes, and overall content to enjoy!
