Weekly Blog Update 3/13/21 The Arcs of Kerning Part 3 (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

With Kerning Part 3 finally behind us, we've spent the last week getting everything ready and starting work on Kerning Part 3! This update will finally end the Kerning Storyline and finally progress things much further than ever before!

Not to spoil too much because Kerning Part 3 is going to introduce another HUGE story character on top of starting to define The Ardyn vs Libratas War that has been slowly escalating.

Let's jump in to the 3 Major Arcs of Kerning Part 3:

I: The Traitors and The Victoria United

II: Asuna's Ascension

III: The Great War of Liberation 

These 3 Arcs will shape Kerning Part 3 as a whole while also leading into major twists and other power dynamic changes. 

Today I wanted to speak on Arc I: The Traitors of Kerning and The Victoria United. Beginning where Part 2 ended, the Hero has lost Millie due to Magnus believing him not worthy of being a Warrior. Through this, the Hero has discarded all idea of remaining in the shadows and allowing The Libratas to continue on. The very first quest will have all of The Ardyn doing something that goes against the code they set up as a foundation. Killing every traitor in Victoria Island.

The Ardyn have known about the many people of power all over Victoria Island like the Chief of Henesys. They thought they could challenge them in secret but with Millie's kidnapping, the Hero will not pull any punches. The opening hour of Kerning Part 3 will follow everyone from The Ardyn to the Guild Leaders assassinating every single traitor that has assisted The Libratas in some way. Here is the scene that follows that great assassination spree.

With the Hero not holding back, many secrets are brought to the service. This event will be what finally triggers the War and send waves of change through out all of Victoria Island. More so, the Hero will begin to mold himself into what he always was. General of The Arydn and The Victoria United.

1 brand new system will go along with the start of the War and one that we've been teasing for many updates now. We will talk about it in the coming weeks but with the Hero stopping at nothing to save his daughter!

Expect more Blog Posts to pull the curtain on the grand finale of Kerning. Every choice you've made will shine on and finalyl start paying its dues!
