Van Engine/Cage Hotfix (Patreon)

Hey all,

Here is a small hotfix. The cage no longer has an issue with exploding, and engines do not break with large hits anymore.

Here is the patch notes:

Caravan:
    -Fixed cage bug
    -Adjusted engine break-group
    -Rear Suspension now is adjustable

**It is recommended to clear the cache between each update**

Please do not share/redistribute/modify the mod in any way
