By the way,I didn't find Liurial in the codex list,neither do many other characters. I wonder when we can have the codex updated.

Afaik the codex hasn't been updated in a significant amount of time and has a bunch of non-canon data in it in addition to being dated. My guess would be It'll get streamlined and polished after the major plot points have all been wrapped up. Doesn't make too much sense for them to do codex first if they are still tweaking stuff since they'd just need to re-write it.
