Right? I'm actually impressed Jezera had the clarity of mind NOT to kill Rowan for this in the intro. She is often far more short-sighted. Particularly now that we have art of how absolutely brutally she got hit.

It also shows exactly WHY Rowan can't just plan to assassinate them and why they seem to just casually walk into danger. Cuz they're not in danger. Not really.
