1. Server News

Anyway enough adverts! The server is running very well and getting more players than ever. Currently survival and small plots and hunger games is open to the public. If you would like this to change then do let me know.  The small plots are only 150x150 and have no world edit.

2. Inspired Building Style

I have been inspired by a Japanese builder and by bluenerdYT who have been working on a starter medieval building style. Here is a picture by the Japanese builder:

So, inspired by this bluenerd and I will be doing a 6 part mini series in this style - look out for it soon. The following pictures are what we have come up with so far:

House, tavern and blacksmith in that order:

What do you think? Could you build in this style? If you have not come on to the server yet then get java edition 1.14.4 and jump onto play.usetheblocks.net  I like this style as it uses blocks easily found or made at the start of the game - cobble, stone, stone brick,andesite and wood. 

3 Personal News

I am going to be rearranging my office soon. What an exciting life! I will be posting set up pictures for Skywalker rank once it is done. A member of my family has passed away and I will be attending the funeral soon so expect a break in streaming for 3 or 4 days probably at the end of this week. 

4 VIDCON

I will be going to VIDCONLONDON on the 21st to 24th of February. If you are also going let me know! This conference will have workshops, panels and a trade show. Expect some pictures for everyone and a vlog and further pictures for Skywalkers. At the start of vidcon I will be going to a comedy gig - if you are available in london uk at 7pm then you are welcome to come. Let me know asap.

5 Real-life Survival Courses

I am teaching my first woodland survival course of the year on the 29th of February. It is a young survivors course for participants ages 7 to 15 and their parent/guardian attends free! If you would like to find out more then send me a message. All of my courses are in Yorkshire and Staffordshire in the UK. Most of the courses are for adults ages 16+.
