Inspiring Build of the Month

Lets start with some pictures of this amazing castle:

Amazing Minecraft Slavic Castle tour on the inspiration series with Keralis.   To visit this build download conquest reforged for JAVA edition PC at

https://conquestreforged.com/downloads. Make sure you have java installed, I chose the .jar file and run it.

Wait for it to install then run the launcher file.  You might want to install it to a folder on your desktop if you have any problems.

Then join the darwin reforged server at play.darwinreforged.com

then do /warp slav

 Architecturally wise,  the castle is based on Late Medieval polish and czech castles (circa 1300-1400), and interiors are inspired by the Malbork castle that belonged to the mentioned Teutonic Order. 

Inside this castle you would have Knights under the authority of a Grand Master who would be elected by the brotherhood.  

In minecraft terms this has to be the best castle I have ever seen.  It does use a mod pack but if you can cope with that you realise that this is a stunning build.  The level of realism in terms of the layout (for example the chapel being such a central and important build is spot-on historically) is fantastic.  All the other details are just stunning. I could tour this place for ages.  I will be using some of their ideas in my kingdom - the charcoal pits, rookery and refectory will be built soon!

2 The Island Kingdom is coming on well.  This series is really enjoyable for me to build.  I am having a lot of fun with it so far.  Can I say a big thank you to everyone who has been watching the livestreams at 4pm uk time Mon to Sat.  I hope to keep to this time for the rest of September.  I will also be doing city building streams on Sundays and Mondays at 6pm uk time.  If those times do not suit you then follow me on twitch too as I will be streaming there too as much as I can.  Http://twitch.tv/andyisyoda

3- New Merch

I am so excited to be working with Teemill. What a fantastic opportunity as they not only produce quality clothing, with instant printing and shipping worldwide, but have such an environmentally ethical way of doing it!

When coming up with a design I was considering a few phrases that would have a link to gaming. I realised that my YouTube channel was all about upgrading and transforming builds in Minecraft. So, the phrase 'levelup' was perfect as it encompassed increasing your skill in games but also a life philosophy of self-improvement. In conversation with a gaming friend it was pointed out that I could shorten it to lvlup too.

The 4th of September was the launch day. I have received a few samples of the t-shirts already and they look fantastic. The blue design is my favourite so far - it is so bright! Even the shipping was a really cool paper bag with amazing artwork on it. This reminded me of the green credentials of Teemill. These are quite incredible: organic cotton; renewable energy powered factories; water recycling and cleaning and modern, clean and positive factories. This is why I am so happy to be joining forces with Teemill. 4 New City Building Idea

Our flat city map has served us very well as we were able to just concentrate on building as the roads were very easy to make. I was wondering what people thought of finding a cool proper map on which to add some roads and then add our existing builds.  It would mean we have a lot of work to do to copy and paste but we would have proper landscaping, rivers and coasts to work with.  We need to find a good map on planet minecraft or have one made for us! Let me know your ideas!
