✦✦✦ TELEGRAM STICKERS

↠ TERMS:

These Telegram stickers are made for the personal use of the Patron. Patrons are permitted to redeem one sticker per month. Rewards do not stack. It is the responsibility of the patron to send in their request to the specified contact email before the deadline. If a patron does not redeem their monthly sticker before the deadline they cannot redeem it alongside the subsequent month's reward. A refund will not be issued if the patron does not redeem their reward on time. Patrons cannot resell their Telegram stickers for profit. Exceptions apply if the character itself is being sold for the value of its accumulated artwork.

↠ GENERAL FAQ:

Q: What are these stickers? Are they physical stickers?

Telegram stickers are designed to be compatible with Telegram! Files are 512 x 512 PNGs, ready to plugged into your own sticker pack. Patrons are responsible for creating and updating their own sticker pack.

Q: Do you have example art for stickers?

I try and post compilations at the end of each month in the Telegram Sticker collection. These posts are public and are intended to showcase my work. There are also examples for Telegram stickers in my website's price guide.

Q: What is the deadline to send reward requests in?

Please send your request in before the 20th each month. This ensures I complete all Patreon rewards within a timely manner.

Q: Where do I send my monthly reward requests?

Please email monthly requests to godbirdart@gmail.com. For ease of organization, please include [Patreon - "Your name or your character's name"] in the subject line.

If you are a new patron, please contact me through the same email you signed up with, or let me know which email you signed up with if you are contacting me through a different one.

Q: Do rewards stack?

Rewards do not stack. You may only redeem one sticker each month, even if you forget to redeem the previous month's sticker.

Q: What do I need to send you to redeem my sticker reward?

All I need from you is your character's reference sheet as well as what you'd like for your sticker!

After sending your reference once, you only need to resend it again for subsequent rewards if there's a design update or a change of character.

Q: What kind of prompts do you accept?

A few prompts that I accept include, but are not limited to:

• a meme redraw

• an expression ["hello", YCH hug, crying]

• an activity [eating, gaming, sleeping]

• festive / holidays

• artistic liberty

If you choose artistic liberty, I will often choose a common meme or expression, such as waving, saying hello, or the "This Is Fine" meme for example.

Q: What kind of prompts do you not accept?

Prompts I will not draw include, but are not limited to:

• discriminatory, racist, or otherwise hateful imagery or memes

• text or dialogue that includes slurs

• realistic firearms

• tactical military gear or related paraphernalia

• extreme violence or gore

• self harm

Q: What species can you draw for stickers?

Any and all species are welcome, including human characters, taurs, and mechs.

It is important to note your character's design may be simplified to fit the style of the sticker, as well as ensure the mood and expression the sticker is meant to portray aren't lost when viewed on a small screen. Wings may be shrunk to make your character's artwork easier to read, and horns and antlers may be shrunk to fit within the square canvas.

Characters whose designs perpetuate cultural appropriation / racial stereotypes are not permitted nor welcome.

Q: I missed the window for redeeming my sticker! Can I still send it in?

To keep things fair, everyone must send in their request before the 20th each month. This is to ensure I don't get any last minute requests at 11:59pm on the last day of the month that I have to rush to complete for the next day to stay on schedule. You do not want a rushed sticker.

If you do not send in your request before the time window closes, you will not be issued a refund. You are allowed one request per month. They do not stack if you miss a month.

Q: I didn't get your credit sticker for my sticker pack! Do you have one?

I do! Please get in touch and I'll gladly send you a credit sticker if you'd like to use it for your sticker pack.

Q: Do you send out WIPs / sketches for stickers?

As I'm creating such a high volume of stickers, I do not send out WIPs. However if you need any adjustments to your sticker at all, please don't hesitate to reach out to me! I'm more than happy to make changes for you.

Q: This is my first time pledging to your Patreon and I pledged after the deadline. Can I still send in a reward request for this month?

If this is your first month pledging, you can absolutely send in a reward request for the current month if you pledged after the cutoff date. Please note that this is the only time I will allow requests to be sent in after the cutoff, and will require you to send your request in before the deadline the following month.

Q: I noticed some stickers are more realistic and others are more cartoony. What determines the art style of a sticker?

The art style for stickers varies depending on the mood the sticker calls for. Serious stickers will be more grounded and realistic, while silly stickers may be more cartoonish to emphasize the expressions or gestures.

Q: When do you add new slots to your Sticker Hoarder tiers?

While I do plan to add more slots to the overflow tier in 2024, slot availability is determined entirely by existing patrons vacating their slot.

↠ PATREON QUEUE AND PREORDERING:

Q: Where can I find the Patreon queue?

The Patron queue is posted on my Trello under the Patreon Rewards column.

Q: Can I send in my requests beforehand  [aka, preorder]?

Absolutely! Patrons are welcome to send in prompts for subsequent months in advance!

Work on these preordered stickers does not begin until after the patron's payment has processed on the first day of the corresponding month.

Q: What happens if I send in a preorder, but your Patreon is scheduled to be paused that month?

If my Patreon is scheduled to be paused, any preorders sent in for the paused month will be moved to the next month in the calendar and any existing preorders that follow will follow suit.

Example: If you send in requests for January, February and March but my Patreon is paused for February, the requests for February and March will be moved to March and April respectively.

↠ YCHS, ADDITIONAL CHARACTERS, VARIANTS, AND PROPS

Q: What species are the YCHs in your stickers?

All YCHs are drawn as the same species as the patron's character by default. Patrons are welcome to request a specific species for the YCH if they'd like.

Q: Are there additional fees for YCHs?

There are no fees for YCH stand-ins.

Q: Another person and I would like to get a sticker of our characters together!

I'm happy to do that for you! I do ask a $5USD fee for extra characters in Telegram stickers. Please let me know the Paypal email to send an invoice to for this fee.

Q: I want a variant of my sticker, or a second part! Do I have to request one this month and wait to request the other next month?

If you would like to request a two-part sticker or a variant, I'm happy to do so for an additional $5USD.

To be eligible for the two-part / variant fee, the stickers must share a majority of the same linework and need only minor adjustments, such as moved hands or a changed expression.

Here are examples of two-part stickers / variants:

I do not ask extra fees for variants such as:

• Requesting different text in a speech bubble, such as "hello" and "goodbye" on a waving sticker. Please note I may ask a fee if you're requesting more than four text variants.

• Requesting a blank version for you to write your own text into a speech bubble or sign the character is holding. Please do not use these blank versions for hate speech or other abuse.

Q: Can my character be holding [insert prop] in the sticker?

Sure! If you'd like a specific prop included, like a sword or staff, please forward a reference for it along with your monthly request! There are no fees for props.

Please note that complex props, such as video game weapons, may be simplified to fit the art style of the Telegram sticker.

↠ COUPLE STICKERS AND 18+ / SUGGESTIVE CONTENT

Q: I'd like to get a sticker of my character interacting with another person's character romantically!

Please supply both you and the other person's character references [or have them email theirs to me directly].

Please note: For the safety as well as the boundaries of others, I require written permission from the other person allowing their character to be drawn with yours in a romantic or suggestive setting. This includes actions such as kissing, flirting, or tugging at a leash or collar.

I will not draw characters interacting in these situations if any person or character involved is a minor. By requesting this sticker with the written permission, you are consenting that all involved parties are 18 years or older.

Violation of this will result in the immediate bar of both parties. Neither party will be permitted to participate in commission openings or repledge to my Patreon.

Q: Can I request 18+ content for my sticker?

A: I may permit light suggestive themes, but I do not illustrate sexually explicit content for Patreon rewards.

Please feel free to inquire directly if you are unsure if I'd accept a specific prompt.

↠ GIFTING YOUR MONTHLY STICKER REQUEST

Q: Can I gift my monthly request to someone else?

Absolutely! Either you or the other person can send me an email with the request and character reference! If the other person is emailing me, have them mention you in their email as I won't fulfill sticker requests that come from people not registered under the Sticker Hoarder tiers!

If the other person wants to email me directly, be sure to have them email their request BEFORE the deadline [the 20th].

↠ ERRORS, CHANGES, AND REDRAWS

Q: Hello! You just sent back my monthly sticker, but I noticed there's an error on it! Could you please fix it?

Please let me know if there's an error immediately and I will correct it for no additional fee!

Due to limited file space, I do not retain layered files for stickers and wipe them during the first week of the subsequent month.

Q: I thought of a new prompt I want but it's already the middle of the month, can I still change this month's request?

I may be able to accommodate prompt changes, especially it is sent in before the deadline! It should be noted that prompt changes may delay the fulfillment of your sticker, however.

Q: I just don't like the sticker I got.

Please reach out to me! I'll be glad to work with you and make it right.

Q: I have this old sticker from you, would you be willing to redraw it in your current style?

I'm more than happy to redraw old stickers - especially stickers that are a couple years old or older! Please reach out to me with the sticker in question and I'll gladly redo it!

↠ COMMERCIAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE

Q: Are the 512 x 512 PNG files good for printing?

All Telegram stickers are drawn at 300DPI. The PNGs I send back are ideal for printing small to medium-sized stickers.

Q: Can I make physical items using my Telegram sticker reward art?

Yes, you can!

Patrons are welcome to use their Telegram sticker art for the following:

• Stickers or buttons to hand out at conventions or other events. If the patron is a vendor at the event they are welcome to hand out these stickers or buttons as freebies at their table / booth.

• Stickers or buttons to add as free bonuses in bubble mailers / packages alongside their own merchandise.

• Other items that are made exclusively for the patron themself with no intent to redistribute, or sell to others such as a car decal, acrylic charm or standee.

• Patrons may crop / use their sticker art for their own Discord emojis.

If a patron is handing out physical stickers at a convention or event, it is the responsibility of the patron to ensure their stickers are not ending up in spaces that would pose a hazard to others, such as obstructing emergency lights or signs, or on surfaces that are burdensome for the convention or venue staff to pry the sticker off of. Please be considerate and remove your stickers if you see them in places they shouldn't be.

Q: Do I need to pay a Commercial Use fee? What is that?

A Commercial Use fee is a one-time required payment I ask from a client [or in this case, patron] if they would like to use their commissioned artwork in a way that earns them money either directly and indirectly. This fee varies depending on the planned usage for the art.

Examples of Commercial Use include, but are not limited to:

• Using the artwork for merchandise you plan to sell and earn a profit from, such as stickers, acrylic charms, standees, or buttons.

• Using the artwork as PNGtubers / avatars in monetized videos, such as a Youtube video or stream that earns ad revenue or sponsorships.

• Using the artwork for your own branding, such as banners, logos, or business cards.

If a patron intends to use their artwork for any of the above, they must first pay the one-time commercial use fee.

Q: Are there things I cannot use my Telegram sticker reward art for?

Patrons are not permitted to use their artwork for activities that promote or endorse discrimination, hate speech, violence, or abuse; both online and offline.

Violation of this will result in the immediate bar of the patron. The patron will not be permitted to participate in commission openings or repledge to my Patreon.

✦✦✦ ADOPTABLE BASES

↠ TERMS:

These bases are made exclusively for the use by patrons of my Patreon to sell designs or create personal reference sheets of their own OCs. The files for these bases are not permitted to be redistributed by patrons or through third parties. Those using my bases cannot claim the linework or files as their own work. These bases cannot be used for commissions [outside of custom design commissions], YCHs, or involve them with the endorsement or exchange of NFTs [Non-Fungible Tokens] or cryptocurrency. Any involved bases are considered stolen if any elements are used for these items.

Those found redistributing the files or abusing the terms of these bases will be banned from my Patreon, as well as barred from commission openings. They will not be permitted to repledge to my Patreon.

↠ GENERAL FAQ:

Q: Where can I find your adoptable base posts?

Any and all adoptable base posts are available in the Adoptable Base Collection.

Q: How do I download / access newer bases?

Please refer to the Welcome Notes under the Membership tab for instructions on how to obtain bases!

Please note: some patrons have reported issues accessing these Welcome Notes on the Patreon App. If you cannot access them, try opening the Membership tab on your mobile or desktop browser.

Additionally: If you cancel your pledge or change your tier, you may lose access to these Welcome Notes.

Q: What file format are your bases in?

All adoptable bases are available in CLIP, PSD, and transparent PNG format.

Q: What are the canvas dimensions of your bases?

Canvas sizing may vary from base to base. Newer bases are at least 2000px in height.

Q: Will you resell these bases outside Patreon?

At this time, the only way to obtain my bases is through my Patreon. I may consider the sale of retired bases on other platforms in the future.

Q: Your Patreon is marked as 18+, do you have NSFW bases available?

All my bases are safe for work. I do not create NSFW editions of my bases.

↠ MONTHLY POLL, BASE RELEASE DATES, AND TIER AVAILABILITY:

Q:  Which tiers have access to bases? Which get to vote in the monthly polls?

Patrons of the Character Creator and Sticker Hoarder tiers have access to bases and can vote in the monthly polls.

Q:  Which bases do I get if I pledge to your Patreon? As a new patron, will I get access to earlier bases?

Newly-registering patrons have access to all the bases available on my Patreon at the time of signup.

Q:  When does the monthly poll go live? When does it close?

The poll goes live within the first week of each month and closes at midnight on the 21st, except months when my Patreon is paused.

Q:  Is the poll voting for this month, or next month's base?

The poll determines the bases that will be made available at the end of that same month.

Q:  How many bases do patrons get access to?

As of May 2023, patrons receive two adoptable bases monthly, except months when my Patreon is paused.

Prior to May 2023 the number of bases was determined by a now-retired Goal Bonus feature Patreon offered.

Q: When are bases released each month?

Bases are released during the last week of the month each month, except months when my Patreon is paused.

↠ COMMERCIAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE:

Q: Can I use your bases to sell adoptable designs?

Yes, you can!

Q: Your terms say your bases cannot be used for commissions. Does this include if a client commissions me to create a custom design for them?

Patrons are welcome to use my bases for custom design commissions!

For clarity, custom design commissions are here defined as:

When a client pays an artist to create a unique, new design based on the client's prompts, themes, or colour palettes, or requests artistic liberty.

When I say "do not use for commissions", I am specifying commissions where the client would otherwise assume the artist is drawing the lineart from scratch, such as a full body portrait or a Your Character Here [YCH].

Q: Can I use these bases to make my own character reference sheets?

Absolutely! You can use my bases for your own character reference sheets.

Q: Can I use a base to make a reference sheet for another person?

You can use the base to make a reference sheet for another person, provided you are not accepting money for the work.

↠ EDITING AND 18+ EDITS:

Q: Can I edit the lineart?

Absolutely! You can edit the lines to add wings, hair, accessories, etc!

Q: Can I crop the canvas / use just one of the linearts for a base, or do I have to use all of them?

If the base has multiple linearts, such as the full body, chibi, and headshot sets my more recent bases come with, you're welcome to just use one or two of the three!

Q: Can I make NSFW adoptables on your bases?

I wasn't aware people were adding genitalia to my bases until very recently. I had no terms for this as I didn't expect patrons to make these edits, so they are now being added:

Patrons are permitted make NSFW edits, such as the additional of genitalia, on the bipedal anthropomorphic lineart available for each species.

Please do not make NSFW edits to my quadrupedal bases.

Q: Can I move your signature?

Patrons can move the art credit around, or remove it entirely.
