Due to patreon memberships, I have bought some new equipment. In this case, a drone (for filming) and a microphone/set-up for recording outdoors while walking, even in windy conditions. This way, the next time a volcano erupts I can provide live/near-live footage via drone and news style reports in person.

Over the past few weeks I have been practicing with both to make sure I can make them work when the next volcanic eruption I travel to occurs.

Any questions? (I hope to provide footage taken from a drone in some future videos).

Can't wait to seeing future footage of eruptions, volcanic features, and any other relatable content!

Don’t forget to get a drone license. I’m sure there are a few parameters for it. And I know higher altitude drones have warning systems for no fly zones, such as airports. My friend just got his drone license, but still waiting for the certificate from the FAA to come in the mail.

I third this. I've been a licensed pilot since 2016.
