Lab Equipment Pt. 1 (Patreon)

Following up on another of the New Year's requests, here is some modern style lab equipment.

This is the first bunch of it. I plan on going through the rest of my resource library and seeing what else would fit well in a modern lab setting.

I also plan on making some custom lab room tiles (floors, walls) to go with it.
