We are at the end of another great month, and I hope everyone had a great one!

Instead of doing a monthly summary list of what was released over the course of the previous 30 days, I instead created a single archive and rewards post that I will keep updated with links to everything made and released. This should make it much easier for everyone (especially those who only pop in seldomly) to get all the goodies, and make life easier for newer Patrons who might not want to sift through dozens upon dozens of posts to find the rewards. You can find it here:

Reward Chests and Archives

In that post you might have noticed some changes regarding the old asset packs (the Medieval and Mythos packs of yesteryears). Going forward, I am doing away with the monthly rotation, which only existed because I didn't know there was a better way to handle distributing the older asset packs as rewards to appropriate tiers.

Instead, these are now all hosted on itch.io and any Patron of the appropriate tier can freely access and download the packs at the proper tiers at no additional costs. So at the Bronze Chest tier, you get access to 9 of the Medieval asset packs. At the Silver Chest, you get access to an additional 3 sizeable asset packs, and at the Gold Chest you also get the Mythos: Reawakening pack as well. This cuts down the amount of upkeep I have to do each month with uploading and updating an asset pack, and this way you don't have to wait potentially months for an asset pack that you might have missed.

The even older Legacy packs (High Fantasy, Wild Steam, etc) are not yet included. I need to figure out how I want to bundle all of that together, but when I do, those will most likely be included within the lower tiers as well. I might do a re-mastered version of all of those assets (fix the color issues namely) and release them here as well. We'll see!

For December...

I sent out a survey earlier this month which has provided some great insight and feedback. It seems like overall everyone has thus far been happy with the quality, quantity, and release schedule of the assets. This makes me very happy! Before I really dig too deep into the feedback, I just want to prompt everyone again to please fill out the survey if you have not done so yet (or if you want to add additional information to the one you already did). This feedback is very important to me, and is greatly appreciated!

I'll give a bit more time for anyone who wants to add their voice. Again, it would be very appreciated.

Now, onward to December...

I still have a slew of animals I want to make. As of writing this, I have 6 new cats allllmost finished and ready to be put into the release que. After that, I want to see if I can use those same animations for a lion or two, and then move on to horses (a greatly requested animal, naturally) and maybe some other animals. I need to find a good bear model, because my current bear model looks... well... kind of special and simply won't do.

In keeping with the theme of winter this month, in addition to the animals I will work on winter-themed tiles and monsters. Ice cliffs were requested, so those will be made this month. Additional snow items will be made as well (not more ground tiles and decals, there are still a ton of them in the release que coming!) and I want to come up with some interesting winter-themed monsters. Of course, more character pieces, too.

And for January...

With the start of the new year, I want to try and deliver more of what YOU want to you. What I would love is for everyone to give me one or two requests for specific character pieces, monsters, tiles, whatever, and I will make a comprehensive list and see how much of that I can crank out in the course of a month. Feel free to message me directly, or post your request here, or whatever else you want to do. I will be making another post specifically about this later on as well.

So, thank you guys for another great month and I hope you are all doing well and making great strides in your projects!

-Jesse
