Hello everyone!

Its time to open commissions once more, this time I'll try something different, from now until monday 9th the commission slots will be exclusive to the members here!!

If you're interested please read the rules on my page and send me a DM on my sites (you'll have to present prove that you're an active member on the paysites). I'll be waiting for your request!! :D

Now with the announcement done, i also wanted to talk to you about some changes, and why I decided to apply them.

This year I've been doing fine on my drawings, however most of my efforts focus on working on commissions. Of course I don't dislike receiving commissions at all, in fact it's mostly thanks to them that I'm able to continue working in what I love to do, which is drawing, however doing so also leads to issues with maintaining my sites.

As you may have noticed, I have dedicated more time on maintaining updated my paysites, providing exclusive content for my supporters to enjoy, and as of lately, I have been earning more income from there than ever before. In before, I thought of the paysites as a tip jar, because of how low the income I obtained from them were, but now this is not the case anymore. In fact, the monthly income I have been receiving has increased so much that I want now more than ever continue to maintaining them updated, to thank the people that have been supporting me on there!

But so far, I have been barely been able to create any drawings that I like to make, since most of my time goes into commissions, however so far this hasn't been an issue since I'm leaving the differences from commissions as exclusive content on my paysites, to thank my supporters, and to keep them with new content, and even added some extra differences sometimes, however this is not the case with OCs and Private commissions.

As a new policy of mine, I don't like to post OC content in my paysites as exclusive content, it feels wrong for me to do so, as you have seen lately, the content I upload in my paysites doesn't involve any OCs on them, and for private commissions, it means I can't share those commissions anywhere.

So for example if I work the whole week on a commission, and that commission contains an OC, it means I won't be able to share it on my paysites, which means I can either work stressed under pressure to try to keep my promise of delivering content weekly, or to skip delivering content that week, and both case scenarios are bad for me and for my supporters. Stop accepting OC/private commissions isn't an option either since I would be punishing people that have been supporting me too. Therefore, I came with this solution: the OC & Private Tax.

This Tax is a tax that I decided to add, evaluating how much it will affect me for not being able to share it to my paysites. This is why I decided to make it the following:

OC Tax: 5% extra of the total price of a commission.

Private Tax: 10% extra of the total price of a commission.

Private is higher than OC since OC can be shared in my public sites, however Private comms can't be shared anywhere.

Lastly, a final disclaimer about OCs: If I accept an OC, I will only do in these 2 scenarios:

1) You're the owner of the OC, and therefore allowed to do what you please with it.

2) The OC belongs to someone else, but that person allows to have fanart done with the OC (You will need to provide proof, like a tweet or a screenshot of the owner of the OC saying they allow you to do this).

I'm doing this because I don't want to get in trouble with other artists for unauthorized fanarts featuring their OCs.

As an additional point, I sometimes receive commissions that involve both OCs and copyrighted characters, again I have no problem this kind of works at all, but since I don't want to use OCs for my paysites, I'll ask the commissioner the permission to alter a bit the commission so I can remove their OC and being able to post it on the paysites (of course the commissioner will still have the work they requested intact and privately delivered, I'm just talking about the public set everyone else will see).

Thank you for your understanding and for your support so far. I couldn't have reached the place where I am if it wasn't for your support, and for that I'm very thankful.

Is it one of the two taxes, or both? Like if its private and an OC, is it 15%? PS: glad you are doing better. I wish you could post my commissions... but unless people like asset parts, don't think thats an option :P I might commission some ecchi art soon... maybe.

Hi!! In that case only 10% would be added since by its nature, a private commission can’t be shared, so it wouldn’t matter what type of character you ask me to do. Yeah it would be nice to show your commissions but as you said they’re game assets and also, all of them are OCs so it would be against my policy xD still I’ll gladly work with you more in the future :)
