After the ending of Mass Effect 3, After destroying the Crucible, The Alliance go for a rescue and find Shepards body badly injured, so they take her to a medbay. She's healing, bit by bit and then at some point you know she's nearly fully healed and Liara, as usual, goes to check on her. They've been avoiding sexual contact as per request of Doc Chakwas. But at some point, shep can't hold any longer and she drags Liara to her bed, on top of her. Liara tries to resist, because you know, shep is still recovering but.. hmm Shep is so alluring..and her boner also is very appealing so she gave in
