Slight changes in Tier 10 (Patreon)

Hey, some of us still remember the good old times when we had time to make a commisiions for everyone new in Tier 10. Shame, but since our situation is different now we don't have enough time to make you happy with a free commission but we are still trying to make them for a reasonable price, so we are adding a one small change into Tier 10 which is aout Art Commissions. Now you will have a priority in waiting list if you are Tier 10. I know it is small change but it will still allow you to wait less for making your dream art idea true.
