Tiers changes (Patreon)

I have made some changes to the Tiers. Removing some unnecessary stuff and rearranging some other things.

Changes:

• "N-nya!?" tier is no more.
• "I CAN SEE EVERYTHING" tier now has High-resolution Art pieces while "Advanced observer" no longer has this option.
• "I CAN SEE EVERYTHING" changed the price from $7 -> $12

Anyone who is on the old "I CAN SEE EVERYTHING" Tier can either go to a lower tier or edit their pledge to $12 to get this Tier.
