Update: The lady wot lunched & a couple of pics (Patreon)

Hey all,

Hope everyone is doing well. It feels like summer has finally arrived here! 🌞

Just thought I'd bob on to give a quick update, as there will be several other things arriving before the end of this month.

Yesterday, I finally had the breakthrough I needed with the next chapter of The lady wot lunched... It's strange how a small change can clear a massive mental blockage. I understand now how the story develops and reaches the conclusion (or at least the conclusion of the main arc; I've got several more stories in mind involving the same characters to come in future).

There's enough written now that I could post a shorter chapter as it is, following Abby at the awards do, but I'm trying to get a bit more written before the end of the month too. Either way, Part 8 will be posted on of before 31 May!

In other news, I'll be posting a couple of pics with some comic-book dialogue featuring Kari and her mum this week. I nearly finished the first one out last week, but  then "work work" suddenly dumped a great bucket of muck over my head, and became insufferably time-consuming for a few days.

Thanks once again for sticking with me (no mud-pun intended). I really appreciate the support, and I promise there's tonnes of fun stuff to come very soon.
