Patch 1.96 Hotfixes (Patreon)

Hi All,

I became aware of some changes to custom relationships statuses I hadn't realized and so need to reupdate the following mods:

Updated Mods

Custom Nuptials
Eye Care
Dental Care
Dynamic Teen Life
Paranormal Career
Preteen: First Crush
Valentines Holiday Tradition

Healthcare Redux and Education Overhaul installations
For some reason, this has become unnecessarily complicated. If you have issues installing either mods, please read the instructions and also the the troubleshooting instructions under the download instructions on the mod page. Go there before coming to me, please and thank you.

Note: Also please note my big mods now have alternate downloads on the mod pages if you cannot access the attachments, for whatever reason. My shared library's alternate download is attached here.

Reminders

****Remember to always clear your cache when updating my mods and please, please remember to update and install the updated general pie menus (Jan 20), shared library v2(March 17) and the updated mood pack (Jan 22) for the mods that require them. Same goes for the custom schools tuning (March 17). Thanks!****

***General Note: ALL of my cheat menus have moved to the Actions tab under the Sim menu***

Thank you so much for your mods! Can you help me please? I have one issue with EO. I read all instructions how to instal it and reinstall it several times, but always have the problem that my sim comes home from school and gets stuck. I can’t control him. Maybe that‘s my failure and I did something wrong, but before the last patch nothing like this happened

I don't have that problem but I test my mods in vanilla saves with only my mods and a few others installed. You need to do some troubleshooting to find out which of your mods is a problem. https://www.patreon.com/posts/60322635

when u get a chance can u update the health mod it was causing issue it was not showing my sims the activty they where doing like if i was telling the

Anyone having the issue where your sims won't make appointments when needed or even go to the appointment? Its not giving me any options to reset appointment or anything when I try the cheat menu. I downloaded the the updated Heathcare mod you put out.

That should be the first clue: if you can't reset the appointment you don't have an issue the mod needs a doctor for. many mods have moodlets to go to the doctor; make sure you are using the correct doctor for the correct moodlet. I get people all the time that have moodlets from other mods like RPO or LMS miscarriage that aren't covered by this doctor.

I do have an issue with. It comes up telling me that my sims needs an appointment for hurt muscles. It gives me the option to go but won't let me go.

Sims don't need to go to the doctor for injuries. They just go down until they're done but they can make them less annoying with pain meds. That's really it.

Hi- thanks so much for your quick updates for the patch! Will there be additional updates concerning the new pack, or are these updates working for both patch and pack?

I’m having issues with the dental mod. My male sim has a cavity but when I click to book an appointment he isn’t an option, and when I try to make an appointment for the toddler, the male sim doesn’t even pick up his phone to book the appointment. Every mod I have is up to date but when I shift click the male sim there is no cheat option for the mod. I have the pie menu and script stuff installed already.

there are no cheats for the mod in shift click and haven't been for over a month. every post since it occured, including this one, states they have been moved. make sure you're not mistaking the dental mod for the simple hygiene dental or if you have the mod from zero as dental care doesn't tell your sim or the player the sim has a cavity until the appointment. in the future, it'd be better practice to post under the actual mod, just fyi!

I’m sorry! I meant to delete my comment after I finally figured out what the action tab was. 😂 *is not so bright* next time I’ll post under the mod. Sorry again I know how frustrating it must be repeating yourself to dummies like me!

Better Exception is saying Dynamic teen, dental, healthcare, delinquent and eyecare n=mod is broken and I have tried to use only those mods in-game besides MCCC and it won't let me click sims

does the private school mod need the XML injector or something else to work? I don't get the option to start the headmaster visit when he arrives. I have the pie menus installed.
