Halloween Hijinks! (Patreon)

Hi All,

Happy almost Halloween. I have three new mods, two of which I made in the spirit of Halloween. 

I wasn't sure I'd be able to finish in time but made it just under the wire. I am glad as I won't have time for much this weekend.

I also have a few updates but I'll wait until after the patch to post them so probably Friday when the other mods become public. 

For patrons, I have added an occult school to Education Overhaul. I'll be uploading that in a few days. It will require the updating of my other school mods so look out for that!

Ghost Hunter Career - This is a Sims 3 remake with some fleshing out of my own (no pun intended!). It utilizes the Medium skill from Paranormal and thus requires it. This also uses Logic, Charisma, and Fitness. It is a night time career and a rabbithole alternative to the Paranormal Investigator freelance career with some additions and customizations. Research the Paranormal, perform Paranormal Investigations, and Evaluate Paranormal Claims.

Public Release

Virtual Online Diploma - This is a teeny tiny public mod is for those who want to drop out of school but then pursue an online diploma. This specifically does not require, but still works with, High School Years or Discover University. (Can be used in combination with current public version of University Application Overhaul. Do not use this with the patreon version of University Application Overhaul. It will be compatible after next week's update).
