Family and Youth Activities (Patreon)

I wanted to focus on some activities for the youth of the sims - toddlers, children, and teens. Sometimes you just need sims to go off, work on skills, and fill some needs while you play with other members of the household. There’s no shame in that!

These are all rabbithole activities. They are available both on the phone under "Indigo" or on the computer under "Household". They last anywhere from 45 minutes to 5 hours and all receive a buff (some new, some game buffs they’d receive if they did that activity in game), and some receive extra goodies in your sim’s inventory(like a new toy or a carved pumpkin or some artwork). In keeping with my capitalist society of sims, all the classes cost something and the entertainment venue (sporting arena, water park, etc.) charge nominal entrance fees. Hanging out at the mall has the chance to spend money as well.

Toddler Activities

These activities are limited to toddlers and YA and older. Toddlers only are allowed for preschool (they must be sent alone).

Children and Teens/ Youth Activities

These activities are limited to teens and children, though it doesn’t have to be sims within the household.

Family Activities

These activities are limited to sims within your household. NOTE: The seasonal activities are only available in the appropriate season. They are selectable in the menu but won’t actually push your sims to the activity unless it’s the correct season.

***Please note that if anyone left behind in the household leaves the lot or the player exits out of the game or goes to CAS, the activity will abruptly end. This is a function of the game.***
