Inspired by events in Uncanny X-Men Annual #14, July 1990.

On earth 22337 the Anti-Mutant law had passed around the globe. Every mutant lost their human rights and had to be taken into custody. Some heroes helped to enforce the law. Susan Storm was not one of them - she resisted, and protected mutants from harm.

She was arrested by the Thunderbolts and sent to the Hound Program were she was brainwashed to become a Mutant Tracking Hound by the mad cyborg Ahab.
