Well, I thought I'd get a lot more done during my "corona-cation", but all I've got to show for a week's worth of time off from my job is about a page and a third of Tetsuko's Odyssey #1 (since Page 7 was already in progress when I started trying to finish it on Monday).

I figure I've been able to spend about half my waking hours on productive drawing; of course, there have been the grocery runs, a couple of meals out (before the restaurants all closed their dining rooms and went to take-out/delivery only); a fair bit of web-surfing (to take a break from the drawing), and I think I've watched about 2 hours of video (a couple of episodes of Ultraman on Blu-ray, and an ep of The Mandalorian on Disney+), but not as much as I thought I might. I just have to find a way to work faster...

Anyway, here's Pages 7 and 8 of Tetsuko's Odyssey #1. I'm finally past the "armored truck" scene. (I came to hate that damn truck, and vowed that I'll never draw another one again!! But there'll be another vehicle to draw coming up, in one or another of my projects.)

I'll also be posting this in my DeviantArt gallery, but I'm also posting them here for the convenience of those of you who don't watch me on DA. And you can download the pages below.

A literal example of "an ass that can stop a truck".

We all work at our own pace. The two pages were worth it. My best advice is, if you're stuck on something, walk away. Either work on something else or take a break. Don't burn yourself out.
