CH8 ARH Cover & Page 1 - Step By Step (Patreon)

Here is progress of the cover and page 1 of the new chapter.

With this chapter, I started being more colorful with my pages again. So I'm using a tiny hint of reddish pink over the characters (on hard light layer mode) and my trademark rainbow gradient on saturation layer mode. I admit, it makes this page quite red, but I think it's due to the red brick wall, haha. The following pages look a bit more balanced. Comic making is continuous testing and experimenting. At least for me, cough.

But ah yes, this chapter is Tanrine and Logan centered. You might see some familiar scenes from a certain splatoon chapter. But there are ton of new scenes and character development. Maybe we see one new and not so new character...

And oh yeah, Whinter and Clem are going clothe shopping. I'm planning to give Whinter new pants after this chapter. Tie it in the story. I might illustrate it too. Maybe launch "BUP Bonus" (name under works) comics. Which would be like the original Random Doom gag comic formats. For stuff that don't really need a full chapter for themselves, but are still important and contain character growth and lore.

Or just stupid jokes.
