Changes over r1.4 dev3:

- Added "Waving Water Boundaries" option

- Further improved atmospheric fog colors and distribution

- Tweaked cave fog color to appear more consistently in some situations

- Tweaked entity and block entity lighting when the Entity Shadows option is disabled

- Tweaked foliage shadows to look better especially during noon

- Tweaked foliage shading to look more consistent under different lighting conditions

- Tweaked Vex emission to better suit the updated 1.19.3 Vexes (IntegratedPBR)

- Slightly tweaked night lighting

Note: Please use the dev4_fix1 version attached below if you are using an Apple silicon device. Only change is a fixed crash on Apple silicon
