Changelog:

- Added special Ender Beam coloring that fades in during the Ender Dragon fight

- Improved water foaming calculation

- Tweaked the water surface to better show the biome colors

- Increased the underwater minimum light

- Added emission to the spawner block

- Disabled Generated Normals on water

- Made the Improved Glass an option that is disabled by default, because it triggers a problem of Sodium

- Fixed light shafts being visible through the solid part of glass blocks in some situations

- Fixed some entities having incorrect bright specular highlights

- Fixed entity hitbox and structure block outlines not being visible

- Fixed bloom looking a bit noisy on higher screen resolutions

- Very tiny tweaks that I forgot to note down
